Shipping destinations:

• We currently ship all throughout the U.S! 
  

Shipping times:

• Please allow 2-3 business days for your orders to process. Once processed, shipping may take 1-4 business days. We'll try to get your items to you as safely and quickly as possible!
  

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $75+ include free express shipping.
• Orders below $75 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $6.95

Is your shipping eco-friendly?

• We're doing our best to make our shipping as eco-friendly as possible! Currently, we use sustainable packaging (including box, tape, and any fillers), and we also use a 100% carbon neutral delivery service. We're always thinking of better ways to get your orders to you safely and by wasting less.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery, please send us an email with a photo attached to info@roseray.com.
• To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email info@roseray.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item has been received we'll send a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.

Absolutely! 

All of our partner brands focus on using natural ingredients in products. In fact, you'll find that most of the products on Rose Ray are vegan, fragrance free, and/or organic. All products are also cruelty-free.

At Rose Ray, our key word progress. When it comes to clean and eco-conscious beauty, we're continuously working towards providing you with products and brands that promise to move towards less waste and more earth friendly sourcing and packaging.

Packaging:  We use shipping supplies that are eco-friendly, from the boxes, to fillers, the printed ink, and even the tape! We know that using less is more for the earth, so that's what we try to do while also getting your orders to you safely!

Shipping: Rose Ray uses a 100% carbon neutral delivery service.

Brands: We are very selective when choosing our brands to partner with. We set high standards in terms of quality of products, and require brands to work towards a common goal - a greener earth!
